Profile:
I Graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work in the picturesque town of Fort Collins. I headed off to the east coast and entered the Mental Health field servicing children and families. I was eager to continue my education and later completed my Master’s of Education in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College in 2005. I continued working with individuals in agency settings, school settings, and eventually opened my own private practice in Chelmsford, MA. I became more intrigued by servicing the whole body, mind and soul and how this plays a role in our overall well-being. I fell in love with yoga and its great benefits to the mind and body. With this newfound love, I earned my Yoga Teaching Certification through Yoga Works in 2014. I soon shared yoga and meditation practices with my clients, who also quickly discovered the many benefits of these two practices. In 2017 I completed my Master Level Reiki Training at Kripalu, in Lenox, Massachusetts. Soon after I obtained my Personal Training Certification and began helping others with mobility, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Assisted Stretching. I have transitioned my Mental Health Practice to a Holistic Center where I offer an array of services, including Life Coaching, hosting spiritual workshops and retreats, meditation, nature walking coaching (for those who like to benefit from the world's natural environment while doing personal work), Assisted Stretching, Personal Training, and Reiki. These services are offered in Manchester New Hampshire’s beloved North End. Life Coaching sessions can be offered anywhere around the world via Zoom, or in my office setting. Life Coaching, Meditation, PNF Stretching, and Reiki became a love of mine as I watched and worked with many clients who were able to recognize their full potential, understanding their special gifts and talents that make them unique and hold an extraordinary life purpose. Are you ready to embrace your life journey?
Life is a journey with unpredictable ups and downs. It can be filled with moments of happiness, joy, sadness, and frustrations. Learning how to manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life's many surprises is a healthy step towards a more positive, relaxed, and happier way of life. I am inspired each day by the individuals who put their trust into the therapeutic and professional relationship that I hold with them. My practice focuses on work with children, adolescents and adults with an approach that is compassionate and supportive. I provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere where I tailor to each client and his or her particular needs. I look forward to meeting you!
